TRANSFER POLICY
All requests for registration transfers must be provided in writing and email to m.a.torres@comsoc.org by 14 May 2023. Registration rate difference will apply depending on the membership status of the new registration. All transfer requests received AFTER 14 May 2023 will be charged an additional US$100.
PRESENTER SUBSTITUTION POLICY
PLEASE NOTE: We are no longer accepting "Presenter Substitution Forms" submissions
If an author or co-author is NOT available to present the paper at the conference, the TPC Chair can grant permission in some extreme cases to have the paper presented by a qualified substitute presenter. If you need to make such a request, please fill out a Substitute Presenter Form no later than 14 May 2023. A copy of the form will go directly to the TPC Chair for approval.
