IEEE ICC 2023 will feature a comprehensive technical and industry program covering the latest research and innovation in communications technologies.

All papers for technical symposia (including Selected Areas in Communications) should be submitted via EDAS.

The authors of selected papers from this conference will be invited to submit an extended version of their work for fast-track review and possible publication in the IEEE Open Journal of the Communications Society.
