ICC 2023 will be held in person 28 May – 01 June 2023. Those authors who will not be allowed to travel abroad by strict national rules in force at the time of the conference will be given an opportunity to present their accepted work remotely.

NOTE: The Italian reverse charge mechanism will only apply to Italian established B2B customers with an Italian VAT number. All other business customers established outside of Italy will be charged 22% even if they have an Italian VAT number; i.e. if they have an Italian VAT number but are established outside of Italy, the reverse charge mechanism doesn't apply. The establishment of a business is identified based on their address: 1. if Italian, assume established in Italy and apply a reverse charge, 2. if outside of Italy (even with Italian VAT number), assume not established in Italy and charge VAT.
In summary, the only transactions that can apply the reverse charge mechanism are for businesses with Italian VAT number AND Italian address. Everyone else will be charged 22% VAT.
